THE PROGRAM
Top-notch speakers and Audio Visual Presentations have been obtained for this convention. Our Keynote Speaker will be Mr. Phil Gugliuzza. “Mr. Phil” has spoken to our convention several times in the past and those who have heard him know what excitement he will bring to our convention. In addition, the Key Club District Board has developed an exciting series of forums and workshops. The format will allow attendees to learn more about Key Clubbing, leadership, and themselves. Please see the enclosed program description sheet.
All meals will be separate from the General Sessions. The seating for the General Sessions will be theater style and by zone. All seating for meals will be open.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The official convention “Code of Conduct and Dress” is included in this Convention Packet. All Key Clubbers and adults are expected to abide by these rules. Registration into this convention indicates your knowledge and acceptance of this “Code of Conduct and Dress.” Any infractions will be reported to the Convention Office and appropriate action will be taken, including dismissal from the convention if necessary.
AUTHORIZATION TO ATTEND EVENT & EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT AUTORIZATION FORM
Each student attending the convention will be required to bring with them the aforementioned form. The form will be mailed to your club in sufficient quality after we receive your club’s convention registration form. A notarized form will need to be turned in for each student when your club picks up it’s registration packet at the Hershey Lodge & Convention Center. Unfortunately because of the increasingly litigious nature of our society and to protect all adult chaperones/advisors, it has become necessary to require the form.
A sample of the form is on the back of the Convention Code of Conduct.
